Forsyth Health and Human Service holding feedback sessions and survey

Forsyth County Health and Human Services (HHS) values your opinion and is dedicated to continuously enhancing our campus environment. We invite you to participate in an online survey as part of our ongoing efforts. Your valuable insights will help shape our future initiatives.

Additionally, we are excited to announce two upcoming feedback sessions hosted by Health and Human Services Evaluation and Planning. These sessions provide an opportunity for the community to share valuable feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our campus environment. We sincerely hope you will join us.

A virtual session will be held on July 13 from 6-7 p.m. on Teams and you can join the meeting by using our Teams link.

Survey ends July 31.

An in-person session will be held Thursday, July 27, from 6-7 p.m. at the Public Health Department, 799 Highland Ave.
