The City-County Planning Board Held a Public Hearing on the Draft Plan on February 11, 2016 and Unanimously Recommended the Plan to the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners. The Winston-Salem City Council Adopted the Plan on April 4, 2016 for the Portion of the Planning Area Within Its Municipal Boundaries
