Synopsis and Discussion
Air quality levels remain in the YELLOW range but have started to show signs of improving as more thunderstorm activity is expected. A stationary front will continue to hang over the region and increase chances of thunderstorms for the next few days. Winds will be mostly out of the west as temperatures decrease for the weekend and rain becomes more likely. AQI levels will improve back to the GREEN range by Saturday and hold there through Monday.
