Create Your Living Will & Health Care POA

Don Timmons from the Hospice and Palliative Care Center will talk about the why and how of creating two vital legal documents: your living will and health care power of attorney during the one-hour workshop. Following the workshop, a notary will be available to notarize your documents. Make your own decisions about how your health decisions should be handled. We encourage you to bring your friends and family members.

This workshop is FREE and open to the public.
