Central Library Hosts C-Change for a Conversation on Climate Change on Oct. 23 from 5:30-7 p.m.

C-Change Conversations will present a program in the Central Library Auditorium on Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 5:30-7 p.m. about the science behind climate change from a nonpartisan point-of-view. The organization is a nonprofit with a mission to educate the public about climate change. After the talk, the Nature Conservancy will discuss efforts in North Carolina to deal with climate change. There will be another C-Change program on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 12:15-1:45 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 520 Summit St. in Winston-Salem. Sponsored by the Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County, St. Paul's Episcopal Church and the C-Change Conversations Winston-Salem Committee.
