Rural Hall Countywide Fire Service

The Rural Hall Town Council approved Resolution (#832) to extend Countywide Fire service to Rural Hall corporate limits. Forsyth County will provide prevention services and inspections, as well as additional manpower for fire suppression, at a quarter of the cost for employing a fire marshal.

This extension is an addition to current services and can only increase the level of fire services to the residents of the Rural Hall corporate limits. There will not be any changes to the current fire station or staff due to this extension of services.
